Job descriptionDesignation: Steward Serve customers in a fast, efficient & friendly manner Provide customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability and pricing- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management Assist customers with paying for products Maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces & equipment regularly Clearing plates and cutlery from tables to prepare for incoming customers Responding to customers feedbacks questions and complaints Operating coffee machines and other equipments Welcoming & seating customers Taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system Promote the curated menu & recommend a dish they haven't tried before for a delightful new experience.Skills required:- Proven work experience as a food service worker or similar role Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Basic mathematical skills A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred Attentiveness and patience for customers Active listening and effective communication skills Team spirit Flexible to work in shiftsPerks:We offer complimentary meals as part of the job benefits, along with the opportunity to earn tips from our appreciative customers.
Responsible in assigning guests to tables, maximizing the utilization of the space to the best advantage. Making sure that every guest is greeted, seated promptly and well attended. To ensure that guest on every table receives attention and service. To be familiar with the daily station assignments of staff.
A steward assists in keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, assists in cleaning dishes and tends to customers' needs. The steward may also perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and giving out basic information.
