Designation: Steward
€¢ Serve customers in a fast, efficient & friendly manner
€¢ Provide customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability and pricing- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
€¢ Assist customers with paying for products
€¢ Maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces & equipment regularly
€¢ Clearing plates and cutlery from tables to prepare for incoming customers
€¢ Responding to customers feedbacks questions and complaints
€¢ Operating coffee machines and other equipments
€¢ Welcoming & seating customers
€¢ Taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
€¢ Promote the curated menu & recommend a dish they haven't tried before for a delightful new experience.
Skills required:-
€¢ Proven work experience as a food service worker or similar role
€¢ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
€¢ Basic mathematical skills
€¢ A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
€¢ Attentiveness and patience for customers
€¢ Active listening and effective communication skills
€¢ Team spirit
€¢ Flexible to work in shifts
