serve customers in a fast, efficient & friendly manner
provide customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability and pricing- escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
assist customers with paying for products
maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces & equipment regularly
clearing plates and cutlery from tables to prepare for incoming customers
responding to customers feedbacks questions and complaints
operating coffee machines and other equipments
welcoming & seating customers
taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
promote the curated menu & recommend a dish they haven't tried before for a delightful new experience.
skills required:-
proven work experience as a food service worker or similar role
excellent communication skills both verbal and written
basic mathematical skills
a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
attentiveness and patience for customers
active listening and effective communication skills
team spirit
flexible to work in shifts
