Ltd team members, coordinating subcontractors, purchasing/coordinating the purchase of required materials, tracking where their job is at both financially and time wise, and client relations. His main activities would be to communicate with clients, discuss any questions/concerns with client about their renovation, to provide feedback, meet with clients as required, When changes in the project, if any, are approved by client, co ordinate, resolve site conflict and in general be responsible for the site. Besides, towards the execution/fulfillment of project the incumbent should interact with the site workers/employees, delegate responsibilities, divide tools each day, and collect it at the end of the day, Track the time sheets of labourers, evaluate the persons under him, provide feedback to the higher authorities.Good interpersonal and communication skill, team building, analytical and problem solving skills are must.
