Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce site safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with building codes and health and safety protocols. Resource Management: Manage and order materials, equipment, and other resources to avoid delays and control costs. Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project standards and quality requirements. Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing progress reports and relaying critical information. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or unforeseen challenges that arise on-site.
