Work Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Senior Site Engineer and project management team, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues and challenges on-site, collaborating with the Senior Site Engineer and other stakeholders to find effective solutions. Drawing and Documentation: Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site. Maintain up-to-date records of site activities, approvals, and other relevant documentation. Client Coordination: Interact with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address queries, and ensure client satisfaction. Coordination with Subcontractors: Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of specialized tasks and timely completion of project milestones. Resource Management: Optimize resource utilization, including labor and equipment, to achieve project objectives efficiently. Adherence to Budget: Work closely with the Senior Site Engineer and project management team to control project costs and avoid budget overruns.Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Site Engineer or a similar role in the civil and construction industries, demonstrating knowledge of construction methods and procedures. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes and regulations. Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address on-site challenges proactively.
