Job DescriptionJob profile of the position:1. Understanding drawings Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, Taking of Quantities.2. Preparing updating and maintaining Basic Schedule of Rates document.3. Checking quotes with respect to BSR and market rates.4. Checking BOOS shared by Consultants, aligning contractors to our BOQs specifications and making technical and cost comparatives.5. Analyze & negotiate variations claim from contractor, monitoring & Evaluation of variation orders issued. 13. Maintain a register of Variation Orders, both issued and under consideration.14. Approving Bills of contractors, Checking Contractor complies with its insurance/ guarantees/ bonds obligations under the Construction Contract and advise the mgmt. on any extensions needed for such insurances/guarantees bonds etc..15.
