Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location Provide on-site training to the customers Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications,Customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales Develop Service technical documentation Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triagewith field applications scientists as appropriate Timely complete and submit all required paperwork Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer Service Business from Territory Service documentation, Demand Generation, PMS maintaining, Customer Support, Customer RelationDevelopment, Demonstration, Installations, Parts & Repairing, Tools Availability of Team CMC & Consumable Target, Payment, Training, Service & Consumable sales Data Reporting by Mail &Excel to AEPL & OEM.

Basic Knowledge of CNC Machine, Basic Knowledge of Bearings, Belts, Basic Knowledge of FANUC System, Willing to Travel Gujarat, Maharashtra, MPWilling to Work Alone & In Team Willing to Relocate in Gujarat (Ahmedabad or Rajkot)

Service in the field of Air compressors, Nitrogen Gas Generation Plant, Oxygen Gas Generation Plants, Ammonia Cracking unit, Compressed Air Dryer.

Candidate should have good hands-on Medical Equipment's. Installation and Breakdown calls.Candidate should have knowledge about PMS..Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.Evaluate customers medical equipment issues, implement appropriate major repairs with accepted technical practices.Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.Documents test results and equipment history.Researches technical issues using all available data.Troubleshoots and identifies the correct parts necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problems.Talks to customers for the purpose of selling parts.Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
