Key Responsibilities:HVAC System Installation:o Install, inspect, and commission HVAC equipment and systems, including air conditioning, heating systems, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.o Install ducts, pipes, and other HVAC system components.o Test and calibrate HVAC systems to ensure they meet operational standards.Maintenance & Repair:o Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, checkingrefrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and lubricating moving parts.o Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems such as faulty components, system inefficiencies, or temperature control issues.o Repair or replace malfunctioning components such as compressors, condensers, motors, and thermostats.Preventive Maintenance:o Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.o Monitor system performance and make adjustments to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.o Identify potential issues before they escalate into major failures.Emergency Responseo Respond promptly to emergency service calls related to HVAC systems, especially during system breakdowns or failures.o Troubleshoot urgent issues and provide immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.o Provide recommendations for necessary system repairs or replacements to the relevant parties.System Calibration & Monitoring:o Regularly calibrate HVAC systems to ensure accurate performance and efficient operation.o Monitor system controls, such as temperature and humidity settings, to ensure optimal environmental conditions.o Record system performance and service activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.Customer Service & Reporting:o Provide excellent customer service while working with clients to understand their HVAC system needs and concerns.o Prepare detailed reports on maintenance and repairs performed, including parts used and labor hours.
