Duties & Responsibilities 1. Work on the new projects and existing operations to maintain the services and support delivered on time. 2. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. 15. Periodically provide after-hours, standby duties and weekend support. 16. Understand the technical issues related to day-to-day operations, LAN/WAN/MAN, core network architecture and troubleshooting. 17.
