Job Description

As a Delivery Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent service while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery Management: You will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels to designated locations, ensuring they reach customers quickly and in good condition.

- Route Planning: Efficiently plan your delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time, ensuring timely deliveries.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers courteously during deliveries, answering any questions they may have and providing a positive experience.

- Documentation Handling: Properly manage delivery documentation such as invoices and delivery receipts to maintain accurate records of all transactions.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your delivery vehicle is well-maintained and report any issues promptly, keeping it clean and operational for daily deliveries.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong sense of responsibility, good time management skills, and the ability to navigate the Secunderabad area effectively. A customer-friendly attitude is essential, as you will be the face of the company during deliveries. Additionally, basic literacy and numeracy skills are necessary to handle documents and notes clearly. A valid driver's license for personal transport is preferred, and the ability to work full-time and participate in team activities is expected. Freshers are welcome to apply.
