The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliationPrepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivablePerform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliationsAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accountsPrepare financial statements and MIS reports as requiredEnsure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income TaxCoordinate with auditors during internal and statutory auditsMaintain proper documentation and record retentionSupport budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis activitiesEnsure adherence to company policies and internal controlsRequired QualificationsBachelor-s degree in Commerce / Accounting / FinanceCA-Inter / CMA-Inter / M.Com (preferred but not mandatory)Experience4-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or financeExperience in manufacturing / service industry is an advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory complianceProficiency in SAP/Tally/ ERP systems and MS ExcelGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and coordination skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressure
