Preparation of Material Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering.Prepare concept drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawingsPreparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facadesPreparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.Issuance of RFIPreparing shop drawings as per Blicks standard layers & drafting standardPreparing drawing register in excel format

Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs.Prepare detailed blueprints, sketches, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure the feasibility and safety of designs.Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable building practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in somecases help to select a site; Assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicalityof their project; Responsible for overall development and implementation of projects of architecturalprojects; Team leader in charge of overseeing match of budget and conceptual designproposal timely and profitable completion of the project; Act as a intermediary between clients and architects team, frequent travel andmeetings with clients; Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client; Assess the impact on the local environment; Use IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided designsoftware; Keep within financial budgets and deadlines; Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications; Specify the nature and quality of materials required; Convince the clients with design and quotation best suitable; Prepare applications for planning and building control departments;(if required) Draw up required documents for contracts; Control a project from start to finish is required; Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project isrunning on time and to budget; Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction; Ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed; Meeting with client, understand their requirements; Site study, measurement, design ideas and requirements raised accordingly; Reference, concept development, presentation to client; Design development (design and confirming the same from client); All sort of drawings (working, presentation & detail); Site visit as required to keep check of development at site; Co-operating with site supervisor and other consultants for proper implementationof design.Draft the designs of wooden cottages, villas, resorts and second home projects.

Roles And Responsibility :1. Provide training for the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software & practical lab assistance to registered participants where batch size can be 1 to 8 participants. After gaining experience, larger college or corporate batches could be allotted.2. Follow the CADD Centre course syllabus and training methodology standards.3. Support the sales team to introduce and suggest courses applicable to the inquiry.4. Coordinate with management and admin team to ensure course progress till completion.Desired Candidate Profile :1. Completed Diploma / Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical).2. Candidates with up to 2 years of working experience can apply.3. Should be good in communication skills with a pleasant personality.4. Knowledge / certification in any or few of the following software: AutoCAD / CATIA / SolidWorks / ANSYS / Revit Architecture / 3dsMAX / Revit MEP / STAAD Pro.5. Excellent Communication.6. Male Candidate Preferred.
