We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BIM Engineer to join our team. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support our building and infrastructure projects' design, construction, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and developing accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate BIM models and resolve clashes or conflicts. Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. Extracting quantities and generating material takeoffs from BIM models for cost estimation. Conducting analysis and simulations using BIM models to assess energy performance and structural integrity. Generating project documentation based on BIM models and data. Providing training and technical support on BIM software and processes. Participating in project coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration. Performing quality checks on BIM models for accuracy and compliance. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management. Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in implementing BIM on construction projects is preferred.

Job Dedcription:Extensive experience in the use of Autodesk softwares such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCADSet up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.An understanding of industry wide BIM standardsFollow the established BIM execution plans and adhere to project specific documentation.Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.Capable of working independently or with minimal supervisionTaking ownership of the model/drawingSound knowledge of Architectural, Structural and MEP servicesCreate discipline specific BIM Modelling content.Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.Able to develop concept ideas into drawing detailsDrawing/detail production from engineering sketches/calculationsProficient in generating Detailed reinforcement drawings and structural steel drawingsMaking sure drawing production follows company standardsReviewing model/drawings to check compliance with designResponsible for ensuring delivery of model/drawing to agreed project programmes with qualityClash detection, resolution and reporting ensuring a coordinated designShould have Scan to BIM Experience.
