Architectural Consultant - Full Time - Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs.

Prepare detailed blueprints, sketches, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure the feasibility and safety of designs.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.

Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable building practices.
