We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertisingManage company website updates, blogs, and landing pages (WordPress or CMS tools)Perform keyword research and optimize website content for organic search visibility (SEO)Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn)Monitor campaign performance and create performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.Design, build, and maintain social media presence across platforms (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Twitter)Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for creatives and ad copiesIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProven experience in digital marketing (minimum 12 years preferred)Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.Strong analytical and communication skillsFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or any design tools is a plusCertification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an added advantage What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance bonusesFlexible working hours or remote optionsLearning & development opportunitiesSupportive and fast-growing work environment
