Required Experience:Should have worked in a Metallurgical lab, or mechanical department or should have worked as an engineer in any engineering company labwhere the following list of testings are covered. Tensile Testing Hardness Testing Impact Testing Basic Metallography understanding Basic Sample preparation knowledge for mechanical testing of materialsJob Description: Manage day-to-day material testing activity and plan the sample preparation for new inward sample Actively look at all the Testing activities and guide the junior staff to carry out necessary testing Ensure that the testing activities carried out are as per the National and International standards Ensure that the work is homogeneously distributed among the entire department. Attend the Third-party witnessing of the test as well as plan and strategies the testing witness coordination. Attend the customer grievances and complaints and resolve them to the best of their capabilities
