Key responsibilities:
• Gathering information of clients, vendors and projects.
• Sharing daily work updates to clients.
• Updating daily expenditure of field team.
• Co-coordinating with the vendors and field-team to get daily progress in project.
• Attend calls and queries related to product and service provided by the company.
• Preparation of reports.
• Managing a database of vendors in each project location of India.
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office suite.
• Previous work experience as an office Executive.
• Good-level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with market research techniques.
• Good time management abilities.
• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
