Key responsibilities:

Gathering information of clients, vendors and projects.

Sharing daily work updates to clients.

Updating daily expenditure of field team.

Co-coordinating with the vendors and field-team to get daily progress in project.

Attend calls and queries related to product and service provided by the company.

Preparation of reports.

Managing a database of vendors in each project location of India.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office suite.

Previous work experience as an office Executive.

Good-level of written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with market research techniques.

Good time management abilities.

Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
