Quality Management System (QMS)Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with GMP, GLP, and applicable regulatory guidelines.Ensure effective management of SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, OOS/OOT investigations, complaints, and risk management activities.Ensure data integrity compliance in line with ALCOA+ principles across all systems and documentation.3. Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with applicable global regulations and guidelines, including FDA, EMA, ICH, WHO, and ISO standards.Lead, support, and manage regulatory inspections, client audits, and third-party audits.Act as the primary quality point of contact for regulatory authorities, auditors, and customers.4. Systems & ValidationReview and approve validation activities including analytical method validation, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), computer system validation (CSV), and process validation.Ensure laboratory instruments, electronic systems, and software meet regulatory and data integrity requirements.5. QC MANAGER

Develop and match new color shades as per customer or sample references. Perform visual and instrumental color matching using tools like spectrophotometer, colorimeter, etc. Adjust formulations to achieve color accuracy in paints, plastics, textiles, inks, or cosmetics. Maintain shade standards and color records for all matched formulations. Conduct lab trials and prepare drawdowns for approvals. Coordinate with production and QC to ensure shade consistency in batch scale-up. Handle customer shade complaints or re-matches, providing timely solutions. Work with software like Color iMatch, Datacolor, X-Rite, or equivalent tools. Ensure adherence to *quality and color tolerance parameters Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards.

Need a candidate who has good amount of production management knowledge with minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in the same field. He should have qualities like Production control, quality control, stock management waste management, error control, costing control, QMS, SOP, 5 P of production. production staff management. We looking for candidate for long term for at least 5 years.
