Make Sure that the Food Manufacturing Process is Safe By Monitoring and Controlling the Production Process from Raw Ingredient Intake Through to Packaging of Finished Products. Ensuring that all Processing Meets Rigorous Standards of Quality and Hygiene.

Job Description:1) Closely communicate with the Inspection Coordinators to schedule the inspection assigned.2) Implement inspection according to operation guidelines, inspection guidelines, and any special instructions provided by the company.3) Complete the inspection report with photos and submit it to Technical Manager within the required time limit.4) Submit the inspectors job expense claim form and reimbursement documents monthly and meet financial requirements.5) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/management.Requirements:- College graduate or above.- Major in Engineering (Textile, Furniture, Mechanical, Electronic, etc.)- Having more than 1 year more working experience in the inspection field or quality control background of products of Softlinesor Hardlines.- Familiar with the AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards.- Good command of written & oral English.- Ideal person is a well-organized team player, able to solve on-site problems independently, and with good interpersonal skills.- Integrity and honesty.- Willing to travel frequently.- Healthy body without color blindness and sight weakness.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 36 months

To ensure systems of robust line/ equipment clearance, verification of control points like CCPs, OPRPSHighlighting process deviations impacting quality at early stages is continuously required to ensure product safetyTo coordinate in product trials and collection of product data for determination of product specificationsWill be accountable for compliance to all related company policies & guidelines and site SOPsTo ensure timely corrective action on non-conformities appearing in the system and constitute preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformitiesMonitoring the cleaning, hygienic and Pest Control activities in the plantTo assists in preparation of customer/statutory/FSMS auditsTo be engaged in all the food safety activities and documentation as per FSSC 22000 and customer specific FSMS.Preparation of product release COAs (Certificate of Analysis) with inclusion of all required product specific parameters and ensuring them as per defined product specificationsResponsible for product traceability activity from the end of QA departmentResponsible for verification of all process reports as per defined process SOPs and specs.Organizing training sessions as per training calendar with proper and productive implementation on training topicsPerform pre-operational and operational process inspections to identify problems and offer practical solutions to those problemsMaking round in the processing lines for ensuring proper GMP in plant and To ensure in process quality checks of products running on particular lineTo maintain deviation register by incorporating every deviation in it including break downs, all deviations should include actions taken on the concerning deviations with all desired detailsTo inform HOD on priority basis regarding deviation occurred on line and ensure efficient RCA and implementation of CAPA for concerning deviationsTo look after packaging activity of goods and to trace out deviations if any to take
