Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight potential risksor delays. Maintain accurate documentation of drawings, specifications, and approvals.- Engineering & Technical Support Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentsfor processing lines, packaging lines, piping systems, utilities, HVAC, andcleanroom facilities. Support the design and selection of process equipment, utilities, andautomation systems. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ASME, ISO and other relevant standardsduring project execution. Assist in plant layout optimization and utility integration.- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Support vendor selection, procurement, and technical evaluations. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveryof materials and equipment. Attend site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.- Site Supervision & Commissioning Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities under theguidance of the Project Manager. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests(SAT), and performance trials. Ensure equipment and systems meet quality, safety, and operationalrequirements before handover.- Compliance & Safety Support Follow health and safety protocols (OSHA, HSE standards) on site. Assist in identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures. Maintain records for regulatory and quality audits.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma / bachelors degree in mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, DairyTechnology, Food Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
