We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Air Cargo Executive to join our team.Job Summary: The Air Cargo Executive will be responsible for managing air cargo operations, ensuring efficient handling and transportation of goods by air. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee daily air cargo operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions to enhance service delivery.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handlers to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing proposals, quotations, and presentations for air cargo services.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in logistics or 10th and 12th pass.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Providing Leadership, motivating all the project team members to achieve highest standard of the project objective within the time frame. To coordinate with State Level Officials of DWCD & DHFW to ensure all communications and guidelines pertaining to project is sent to districts for timely and effective implementation of the project.
