Education Project Coordinator responsibilities include working passionately for new innovation and Value-added ideas for further growth and development of this Education Project. Search of new talented students from 4 districts of Marathwada region of Maharashtra. Evaluate performance of every student and guide them as Mentor to Groom their overall Personality. Responsibilities Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information of this education project. Project to be carried by staying with students. To develop Intellectual skills and Personality Factor in Students. To identify hidden potential of students and help them to raise it. To take students continuous review in their academic performance and guide them accordingly. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes Assign tasks to students and assist with schedule management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all Organization Committee and Project Manager. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers* REQUIREMENTS Must stay with students for this Education Project. Must be fluent and good in communication with students. Capability to handle students of 11th and 12th standard. An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans for growth of this project.
