Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule,and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects,engineers, and contractors, facilitating clear communication and collaboration among all parties.- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financialperformance aligns with project objectives. Identify and mitigate any financial risks.- Schedule Management: Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.Adjust schedules as necessary and communicate any changes to stakeholders.- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards andcomply with relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactivelyaddress issues that may impact project success.- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates,financial statements, and compliance documentation. Ensure all project records are maintainedaccurately.- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding theirneeds and expectations to enhance customer satisfaction and project outcomes.- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensurehigh performance and a positive working environment.- Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring thatall adjustments are documented and approved by relevant stakeholders.

- Work under Project TLs (US/UK).- Revit Modelling, Documentation, Family Creation & coordination/clash detection.- Design Development in Revit/BIM Content standards & development procedures.- Construction documentation & management

They have to Design for Interior as per Customer Choice, Knowledge of Standard & Application or Process to be accessed whenever needed, Design Verification from Tools & Software's to be analysed or Developed, Also have to develop Vendors & Benchmark for Tendering & Estimation Process, Management of Vendor with SOP along with Documentation, Identity alternative resources or Options for Projects, Prepare case Studies & Presentation,
