This consistent interaction helps in building a strong rapport and trust.Documentation: Build relationships with scholarship organizations to secure scholarships for students. Collaborate with the team to create a scholarship pool to support students in college admissions. Overseeing all scholarship programs administered by Avanti Fellows.Alumni Network: Accurately records all interactions with students, ensuring that comprehensive records are maintained. This includes documenting updates, concerns, and any interventions provided. Keeps detailed logs of all communications, whether through email, phone, or in-person meetings.
