Job Description:We are looking for a Production Executive - casting to oversee the casting of faucets, Bath Mixers and accessories at our Casting Department at our Bahadurgarh Plant. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the Casting Deptt at Mechanical & Production Line and the quality of products in the casting Section.Job Location: Bahadurgarh, HaryanaRole & Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing the casting of faucets, Bath Mixers and accessories at our Casting Department to maximise productivity.Working with the team to plan, schedule & perform production activities.Schedule equipment maintenance, inspection and suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.Ensure the final product meets quality standards & customer specifications.Skills and Attributes:People Management and Organizational SkillsIdentifying problems & implementing preventative strategies to minimise risks.Knowledge of production management.Decision making skills & a result driven approachQualification & Experience Levels:Degree / Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engg / chemical lineManufacturing & Technical UnderstandingBasic Computer Knowledge with Proficiency in MS- Office.

Directly supervising hourly production. Tracking absenteeism and time-keeping. Ensuring the safest working environment possible for staff. Appraising workers' performance. Rewarding or disciplining employees. Can study BOM & drawing details. Perform other duties as assigned. Inspects work in progress & finished products as per Drawings.. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance & quality of product Maintain time & production records Basic knowledge of cutting, fitting of die, welding/painting for quality check on work done by team Knowledge of conducting inspections

Man Power allocation of machine operator and Helpers. On line filling of BMR, BPR, Log book and relevant production documents. To maintain the cGMP in production. To ensure the cleaning of machines/ production area, Manufacture and packing of the batches as per daily production plan. Material handling and Intimation to IPQA for in process and finish product sampling. Creation, stage wise posting, Finished Goods Transfer Note and closing of batches in ERP system.
