o ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently

To plan and organise production schedules

Estimating, Negotiating and Agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers

To ensure health and safety regulations

To determine quality control standards

To oversee production process

Renegotiating timescales or schedules as and when required

To analyse and raise the material requirement to Purchase Department

Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
