Opening For Production Engineer

***Key Responsibilities***

***Floor Operations & Process Efficiency*** -

1. Oversee daily production floor activities to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations

2. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes and implement improvements

3. Standardise work processes and maintain SOPs for key manufacturing operations.

***Machine & Labor Allocation***

1. Plan and allocate machines and manpower across jobs to maximise utilisation

2. Monitor machine uptime/downtime and coordinate with maintenance for timely upkeep

3. Balance workloads across shifts and workstations.

***Quality Control*** -

1. Implement and monitor quality checks at critical stages of production

2. Investigate defects/rejections, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions

3. Maintain quality documentation and support any certification/compliance requirements.

***Product Development*** -

1. Work with the design/engineering team on new product developments and process feasibility

2. Provide floor-level feedback on manufacturability of new designs

3. Support pilot runs and process finalisation for new products
