Immediate reporting to senior about lapses in daily monitored parameters and giving clearance post rectification of lapse.

Reconciliation of scheduled tasks/activities v/s actual status.

Documented hand over of charge to successor with updated records.

Identifying training needs of departmental employees and ensuring effectiveness.

Allocating duties/responsibilities to departmental personnel.
