JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Experience in Printing Industry is requiredPPC (Planning of raw material (availability to meet customer demand), Manpower Planning (Working Hours/Shift Management) etc.)Overlooking/Directing day to day Production Activity (Prepress/Press/Postpress).Looking after Dispatch.In process/Finished product Inspection.Drive QA or process improvement activities like 5s, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen etc.Managing Production Plans/ Schedules and regular tracking to ensure that respective Job is being carried out as per their priority.Meeting deadlines related to production and as per client requirement.Plan Maintenance activity (preventive/predictive) to reduce breakdown/downtown and increase operational efficiency.Maintain proper documentation as per ISO /EHS standards in order to comply with quality standards and for Audit Purpose.Prepare SOPs, communicate to staff/workers at shop floor at each production level / Machine usage related to minimize accidents in production line.Must possess knowledge about BRC and related documents to obtain certification.Allocate proper resources among team members to ensure optimum utilization of materials and minimum wastage.Coordination with Quality department to ensure minimum defects to enhance company image.
