This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1.Production Scheduling:- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or issues.- Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.2. Inventory Management:- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adequate supply for production.- Collaborate with procurement to manage material requirements and ensure timely replenishment.3. Department: Production, Packing, MaintenancePreparation of annual production plan to meet the Sales Business Plan.Deciding on monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally.Monitoring production on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations if any.Monitoring the utility efficiency on a regular basis and control excess consumption.Guide production,Packaging, maintenance, stores teams in their respective functions.Ensure that adequate resources are provided for efficient running of the plant.Review the plant status every week and try to follow kaizen.Ensure Safety, Health and hygiene is sustained in the plant by monitoring and taking action on the audit reports.Interface with the statutory bodies and ensure statutory compliance.Inputs to project and plant personnel and ensure successful completion of new and improvement projects.Manage good industrial relations.To monitor performance of the personnel and to conduct effective Performance Appraisal every three months.To ensure discipline at the Unit level.To initiate training for personnel as per training needs through team.To implement and monitor ISO, CGMP, Ayush premium Mark, WHO-GMP and such improvement initiatives.Preference is given to the Ayurveda industry.
