Key Responsibilities:1. Assisting senior production engineers in daily tasks: As a production trainee, you will be responsible for supporting senior engineers in various production-related activities such as machine assembly, production control, and manufacturing technology.2. Learning and implementing manufacturing processes: You will be required to learn and understand the manufacturing processes involved in the production unit and implement them under the guidance of experienced professionals.3. Monitoring production activities: Keep a check on the production activities, ensure they are running smoothly, identify any issues that may arise, and report them to the production engineer.4. Operating machinery: Assist in operating machinery and equipment as needed, following safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.5. Quality control: Help in maintaining the quality of the products by following quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to standards.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Educational background: Minimum requirement of 12th pass, 10th pass, I.T.I., B.A, B.Sc, or any other relevant degree.2. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.4. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.5. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output.Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.Handling and maintain the ISO documents.Implementation of &s activities on the production floor.Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.Preparing production reports by applying knowledge of Kaizen, 7 QC tools etc.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, optimizing project efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with clients, civil authorities, and government entities, overall project oversight. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. 1. Lead project planning, execution, and cost control activities to ensure cost effective timely and successful project completion.2. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for generator set installations, maintenance, and related services.3. Develop project management methodologies and standards to optimize efficiency and quality.Monitor project progress, and implement corrective actions as and when needed.4. Strong knowledge of generator set, Transformers, Electrical Panelsl installations, maintenance practices, and industry standards.5. Develop and manage comprehensive cost databases to ensure accurate pricing of equipment, materials, labor, and overheads.6. Ability to work independently .7. Support the sales and purchase teams with technical information and specifications.8. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.9. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project completion and handing over. 10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production activities to achieve output targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly line operations, automation, and tooling.Collaborate with design, quality assurance, and maintenance teams for seamless production workflow.Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective action plans.Optimize material utilization and reduce wastage to improve cost efficiency.Lead new product introduction (NPI) and work closely with R&D for design feasibility.Train and mentor production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.Monitor and report key performance indicators (OEE, cycle time, yield rates) to management.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, injection molding, and stamping.Expertise in PLC programming, automation systems, and robotics is a plus.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for manufacturing design reviews.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
