We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore. As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the factory operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and supervising factory workers to meet production targets.Key Responsibilities:- Supervising factory workers: You will oversee the daily activities of production staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow.- Maintaining production schedules: You will monitor production targets, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure timely delivery of products.- Ensuring quality control: You will inspect finished products, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.- Managing inventory: You will monitor raw materials and supplies, order necessary items, and maintain adequate stock levels to support production.Required Skills and Expectations:- 12th Pass or equivalent education- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Knowledge of factory operations and safety regulationsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for production management, we encourage you to apply for this position.

To coordinate with the field trials of the products and components developed by MI and collect the feedback. Product quality assurance and Product development. To assists the line manager to create awareness & promotion about the MI developments at national and international level though promotional visits/materials and other appropriate met. To assist the line manager to achieve the target set for resource mobilization through the promotional activities. To assist the store in-charge to manage the material bank for maximum utilization by organization and support others working in the field of disability and rehabilitation. To support the line manager in execution, monitoring and monthly reporting of activities as per the yearly plan of action. To support the line manager in conducting various professional development program, workshops, seminars and liaise with larger bodies like OPAI, ISPO, SPO etc. To ensure the product meets quality standards and industry regulations. To develop new versions of existing products. To work with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing.

Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality. Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.
