We are looking for candidates joining us as Business Development Executive in Agra. The salary for the role would range frome 18000 to 35000.

Role - Business Development Executive Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) & Outcomes1 Conducting Plant scale Trialso Co Coordinating with Sales Team, Marketing Team & Dealers for finalizing Plant Scale trials of Alfanzyme Products.o Once Product Trials are fixed, then co coordinating with Plant officials for trial dates & guest house accommodation before reaching the plant.o In case trial has been fixed by Dealer, then asking the Dealer to fix trial dates & Guest house accommodation.o Dispatch of material & ensuring material reaches plant before going for the trials.1 Plant Data Collection Through Call/Visito As per format collection of Plant detail Data (Including every details of fermentation along with molasses details parameters) as per protocol.2 Factory Visit (Calendar wise)o Every targeted factory should be visited twice in a month3 Calling (Cold , Warm, Hot Calls)o Calling every dept. of factory for relationship building and follow ups and data collection of the factory4 Conducting Trials & Analysiso Conducting successful trials in the factory for all products.o Ensuring that plant Material Balance / Mass Balance is in order & plant is running smoothly.o All products lab analysis.5 Troubleshooting o Troubleshooting in the factory for technical problems6 Tender and Enquiry o Collection of enquiry and filling of tender and release date of tender7 Report Preparationo To prepare a graphical systematic report on trials, troubleshooting, and discussions with management.8 Reportingo Correct feedback and reporting to manager regarding competitors products, price and productivity.o Trial reports, Daily, Weekly and Monthly work report.Desired Education Qualifications: Degree in Alcohol Tech / Sugar Tech is desirable Experience: 2-4 Years Experience in plant operations or doing trials & analysis at the factories. Specific Experience in conducting Enzyme Trials will be added advantage.
