key responsibility areas (kra’s) & outcomes
1 conducting plant scale
trials
o co – coordinating with sales team, marketing team & dealers for finalizing
plant scale trials of alfanzyme products.
o once product trials are fixed, then co – coordinating with plant officials for
trial dates & guest house accommodation before reaching the plant.
o in case trial has been fixed by dealer, then asking the dealer to fix trial dates
& guest house accommodation.
o dispatch of material & ensuring material reaches plant before going for the
trials.
1 plant data collection –
through call/visit
o as per format collection of plant detail data (including every details of
fermentation along with molasses details parameters) as per protocol.
2 factory visit (calendar
wise)
o every targeted factory should be visited twice in a month
3 calling (cold , warm,
hot calls)
o calling every dept. of factory for relationship building and follow ups and
data collection of the factory
4 conducting trials &
analysis
o conducting successful trials in the factory for all products.
o ensuring that plant material balance / mass balance is in order & plant is
running smoothly.
o all products lab analysis.
5 troubleshooting o troubleshooting in the factory for technical problems
6 tender and enquiry o collection of enquiry and filling of tender and release date of tender
7 report preparation
o to prepare a graphical systematic report on trials, troubleshooting, and
discussions with management.
8 reporting
o correct feedback and reporting to manager regarding competitor’s products,
price and productivity.
o trial reports, daily, weekly and monthly work report.
desired education qualifications:
degree in alcohol tech / sugar tech is desirable
experience:
2-4 years’ experience in plant operations or doing trials & analysis at the factories.
specific experience in conducting enzyme trials will be added advantage.
