01Production Planning Develop and implement production plans and schedules based ondemand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to alignproduction plans with market needs and business objectives. Understand the customer requirement and follow up developmentwith same Responsible for taking Corrective & preventive action plan forshort dispatch analysis. Co-ordination with Purchase, Production and Quality departments. To release schedules & follow up for material as per dispatchplan.02 Resource Management Ensure optimal utilization of production resources, includinglabour, machinery, and materials. Monitor and manage the availability of raw materials and finishedgoods to avoid production delays and stock outs.03 Process Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to enhanceproduction efficiency and reduce waste.04Inventory Control Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage,and turnover rates. Develop strategies to minimize excess inventory while ensuringadequate stock to meet customer demands.05 Quality Assurance Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards andregulatory requirements. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintainproduct consistency and reduce defects.06 Team Management Lead and mentor a team of production planners and control staff. Foster a collaborative work environment, providing training and support to enhance team performance.07 Data Analysis andReporting Analyse production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) tomonitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on production metrics, progress, andchallenges to senior management.
