production planning

�� develop and implement production plans and schedules based on

demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.

�� collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align

production plans with market needs and business objectives.

�� understand the customer requirement and follow up development

with same

�� responsible for taking corrective & preventive action plan for

short dispatch analysis.

�� co-ordination with purchase, production and quality departments.

�� to release schedules & follow up for material as per dispatch

plan.

02 resource management

�� ensure optimal utilization of production resources, including

labour, machinery, and materials.

�� monitor and manage the availability of raw materials and finished

goods to avoid production delays and stock outs.

03 process optimization

�� identify and implement process improvements to enhance

production efficiency and reduce waste.

inventory control

�� oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage,

and turnover rates.

�� develop strategies to minimize excess inventory while ensuring

adequate stock to meet customer demands.

05 quality assurance

�� ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and

regulatory requirements.

�� implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain

product consistency and reduce defects.

06 team management

�� lead and mentor a team of production planners and control staff.

�� foster a collaborative work environment, providing training and support to enhance team performance.

07 data analysis and

reporting

�� analyse production data and key performance indicators (kpis) to

monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

�� prepare and present reports on production metrics, progress, and

challenges to senior management.
