Production Planning

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on

demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align

production plans with market needs and business objectives.

- Understand the customer requirement and follow up development

with same

- Responsible for taking Corrective & preventive action plan for

short dispatch analysis.

- Co-ordination with Purchase, Production and Quality departments.

- To release schedules & follow up for material as per dispatch

plan.

02 Resource Management

- Ensure optimal utilization of production resources, including

labour, machinery, and materials.

- Monitor and manage the availability of raw materials and finished

goods to avoid production delays and stock outs.

03 Process Optimization

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance

production efficiency and reduce waste.

Inventory Control

- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage,

and turnover rates.

- Develop strategies to minimize excess inventory while ensuring

adequate stock to meet customer demands.

05 Quality Assurance

- Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and

regulatory requirements.

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain

product consistency and reduce defects.

06 Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team of production planners and control staff.

- Foster a collaborative work environment, providing training and support to enhance team performance.

07 Data Analysis and

Reporting

- Analyse production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to

monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, progress, and

challenges to senior management.
