Assistant Electronic EngineerResponsibilities1. Program Development and Implementation: Designing and writing PLC programs: This involves translating process requirements and control logic into ladder logic, function block diagrams, structured text, or other PLC programming languages. Implementing Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs): Designing and configuring HMIs for operator interaction and visualization of process data. Testing and debugging programs: Thoroughly testing programs in simulated and real-world environments to identify and resolve errors.2. System Integration and Commissioning: Integrating PLCs with other automation components: Connecting PLCs to sensors, actuators, motors, and other devices. Commissioning and start-up of automated systems: Overseeing the installation, testing, and start-up of automated systems, ensuring they function correctly and safely. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues: Diagnosing and resolving problems with PLC programs, hardware, and communication networks. Calibrating instruments and devices: Ensuring accurate and reliable operation of sensors and actuators, temperature meter, etc.3.
