We are looking for a motivated Picker & Packer to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will ensure that products are handled safely and efficiently.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Picking Orders:** You will locate and select products based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the picking process.- **Packing Products:** After picking, you will pack items securely in boxes or containers, ensuring that they are protected for transportation.- **Labeling:** You will label packages correctly to ensure they are shipped to the right destination and can be easily tracked.- **Inventory Management:** You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts by reporting any discrepancies or issues with stock levels.- **Quality Control:** You will check items for damages and ensure they meet quality standards before packing them for shipment.- **Cleanliness:** You will maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.To succeed in this role, you should have basic literacy and numeracy skills, as these are essential for reading labels and managing quantities. Attention to detail is important to ensure orders are picked and packed accurately.
