Fresher hiring for Picker & Packer

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Picker & Packer in our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with a minimum education of 10th pass. As a Picker & Packer, your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Order Picking**: You will accurately select products from the warehouse based on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.

- **Packing**: After picking, you will carefully pack items to ensure they are safe during transportation, minimizing any risk of damage.

- **Quality Checking**: You will inspect the products before packing to ensure they meet our quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Inventory Management**: You will assist in checking stock levels and keeping the warehouse organized, which helps in maintaining efficient operations.

- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: You will help keep the packing area clean and organized, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a keen attention to detail and a sense of responsibility towards their tasks. Good physical stamina is essential as the job may involve lifting and moving packages. Basic understanding of packing processes is an advantage but is not mandatory for freshers.
