We are looking for dedicated Pickers to join our team in Gurgaon. This role involves accurately selecting and preparing items for shipping, ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Item Selection**: Choose products as per orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will need to follow order sheets to gather the right items quickly.

- **Inventory Management**: Help keep track of stock levels by reporting any shortages or discrepancies. This task is crucial for maintaining a smooth workflow.

- **Quality Check**: Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging. This ensures that only quality products are sent to customers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and work efficiently is essential. Strong attention to detail is critical for accurately picking items and minimizing errors. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain good physical fitness, as the job involves standing for long periods and sometimes lifting heavy items.
