We are looking for a Picker & Packer to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with little to no experience who have completed their 10th grade. The ideal candidate will be male and will work in the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Items: You will be required to collect items from designated areas based on specific orders. Accuracy is key to ensure the correct items are selected.

- Packing Products: After picking the items, you will package them securely to prevent damage during transportation. Proper packing techniques must be followed to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Labeling Packages: Each package needs to be labeled correctly with details such as destination and contents. This helps in identifying packages easily during shipping.

- Maintaining Inventory: You will assist in keeping track of stock levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. This helps in managing resources effectively.

- Keeping Work Area Organized: It is vital to maintain a clean and organized work area. This contributes to efficiency and safety in the workplace.

Required Skills and Expectations:

You should have basic knowledge of handling packages and working in a warehouse setting. Good attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in picking and packing. The ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team is important. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills will help you excel in this role.
