job overview:

we are hiring picker packers for blinkit, indias leading quick-commerce delivery platform. as a picker packer, youll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing grocery orders for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

key responsibilities:

pick customer orders accurately using a hand-held device or system.

pack products safely and efficiently for dispatch.

ensure the correct quantity and quality of items before packing.

maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

follow company safety and operational procedures.

work as part of a team to meet daily order targets.

requirements:

minimum qualification: 10th pass or above

age: 18 to 35 years

physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours

basic understanding of warehouse processes

prior experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics preferred (not mandatory)

willingness to work in shifts
