Man Power allocation of machine operator and Helpers. On line filling of BMR, BPR, Log book and relevant production documents. To maintain the cGMP in production. To ensure the cleaning of machines/ production area, Manufacture and packing of the batches as per daily production plan. Material handling and Intimation to IPQA for in process and finish product sampling. Creation, stage wise posting, Finished Goods Transfer Note and closing of batches in ERP system.

Requirement is for a dynamic young man having not less than 08 years experience in store management of a Pharmaceutical Formulation manufacturing Company for bulk APIs, Excipients and Packaging Material. Added qualifications for Stores Management will be an advantage for consideration. The candidate should have complete knowledge of GMPs / GLP and Good Storage Practices.

Job Description (IPQA): Line Clearance. Dispensing, In-process checks at different stages as per defined frequency and filling of BMR/BPRs. Collection of In-process, Finished, Control samples as well as Stability samples. Review of Filled BMR/BPRs and release of product to next stage. To ensure online recording of BMR/BPR, log books etc. and QC Report must be obtained prior to release any batch for next stage. Calibration of IPQA Instruments.
