Key Responsibilities:1. Plan and deliver English lessons: Design engaging lesson plans to teach English language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening.2. Assess students' progress: Evaluate students' comprehension and language skills through tests, assignments, and other forms of assessment.3. Create a conducive learning environment: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere to promote student engagement and participation.4. Communicate with parents and stakeholders: Provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns or questions from parents and school management.5. Collaborate with colleagues: Work with other teachers to coordinate lesson plans and share best practices for teaching English effectively. Required Skills and Expectations:- A degree in English literature or related field, along with a M.A. and M.Ed in Education.- Minimum 2-4 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and techniques for English language instruction.- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and assessments to cater to students with diverse learning needs.
