They ensure hygiene standards (GMP/HACCP), monitor product quality (weight, seal), conduct basic troubleshooting, and maintain accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities:1. Pick items from the inventory: As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for accurately locating and selecting items from the warehouse shelves as per order requirements.2. Pack items securely: You will pack the picked items securely to prevent damage during transit, following packaging guidelines and ensuring proper labeling.3. Inspect quality: Conduct quality checks on items before packing to ensure they meet required standards and report any discrepancies.4. Maintain inventory records: Keep track of picked and packed items in the inventory system, updating records accurately to ensure stock levels are maintained.5. Assist in stock replenishment: Help in restocking shelves with new items and maintaining a neat and organized warehouse space.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Basic math skills: Ability to count accurately and follow numerical instructions for picking and packing orders.2. Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in picking items and packing them securely.3.
