Picker & Packer (Freshers) Howrah

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Picker to join our team in Howrah, India. This role is perfect for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to start their career.

As a Picker, your main responsibility will be to collect and pack items accurately and efficiently. You will work in a warehouse setting, ensuring that all items are picked according to order lists and are ready for shipping.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Picking Orders**: You will carefully select items from shelves based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

2. **Packing Products**: After picking, you will pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit, paying attention to packaging standards.

3. **Inventory Management**: You will help maintain the inventory by reporting any shortages and misplacements, ensuring the stock is organized and up-to-date.

4. **Cleaning Work Space**: Keeping your work area tidy and organized will be part of your duties, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

To succeed in this role, you should be physically fit and able to lift heavy items. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure orders are picked accurately. You should also have good communication skills to work effectively with team members. A positive attitude and strong work ethic will help you thrive in this environment.
