We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Hardware & Network Engineer to join our technical support and deployment team. As part of our IT hardware and services division, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure for our corporate clients, retail customers, and distributor network. You will be the technical face of the company, ensuring our clients experience zero downtime and high-quality service under their Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

Responsibilities:1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.3. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner.4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel for resolution.5. Ensure all IT systems are functioning properly and perform routine maintenance tasks.6. Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades
