1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel for resolution.
5. Ensure all IT systems are functioning properly and perform routine maintenance tasks.
