VPN & Secure Access: Configure and troubleshoot complex IPSec/SSL-VPN tunnels and analyze application flows for security rule creation. Security Architecture Support: Assist Leads during network design, segmentation planning, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and client requirements. Documentation: Prepare HLD/LLD, change documentation, and maintain Visio diagrams for firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud networks.Skills &Experience : Hands-on experience with Fortinet/Palo Alto/Cisco firewalls. Strong SD-WAN troubleshooting (overlay tunnels, routing protocols, SLA policies). Knowledge of AWS/GCP network security concepts and tools. Experience with VPN, Zscaler, WAF, and enterprise routing/security. Good understanding of security standards and audit processes. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
