Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues and taking corrective action to resolve problems. Maintaining the network by upgrading firmware, patching software, and replacing faulty hardware. Keeping accurate records of the network configuration, hardware, and software, and ensuring that network documentation is up to date. Providing technical support to users and assisting with issues. Planning for future network growth and expansion, including assessing the need for additional hardware and software, and developing a roadmap for future network development.
